Subhadra Yojana Phase 4th Payment Released
The 4th Payment was released by the Odisha government on 8th February 2025. The government released the whopping fund of 900 crore. More than 18 lakh women beneficiaries will receive rupees 5,000 amount in the fourth phase. With this, total 98 lakh women will be benefitted under the scheme so far.

Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria for applying under this program is given below:-
- The candidate needs to live in Odisha permanently.
- The applicant ought to be protected by the State Food Security Scheme (SFSS) or the National Food Security Act (NFSA).
- If the applicant’s household income is less than ₹2,50,000, she may apply under SUBHADRA even if she does not have an NFSA or SFSS Card.
- On the qualifying date, the candidate must be at least 21 years old and under 60.
- Candidates who receive ₹1,500/-per month or more in financial aid, such as a pension, scholarship, etc., or ₹18,000/-every year or more under any State or Central Government program would not be eligible.
- The candidate must not be a member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) or Parliament (MP), either currently or formerly.
- An income tax payer should not be eligible for applying under this program.

Financial Benefits
The applicant will receive the financial assistance of rupees ₹50,000/- over 5 years (₹10,000/- annually between 2024-25 to 2028-29).
