About Ladki Bahin Yojana
The Ladki Bahin Yojana was one of the most successful schemes that was launched by the Maharashtra state government. Since the launch of the scheme on 17th August 2024 the Maharashtra state government has continuously provided financial help to the female citizens on a monthly basis. The monetary incentive of INR 1500 will be given to the beneficiary monthly making up a total of INR 18,000 per year. Till now the Maharashtra state government has released a total of 5 installments under the scheme spending a total of INR 200 crore. The financial assistance will make the female citizens self-dependent and allow them to carry out their expenses on their own.

The objective of Ladki Bahin Yojana Money Transfer
The main objective of launching the Ladki Bahin Yojana money transfer is to select a date on which the Maharashtra state government will transfer the funds. On the specified money transfer date the Maharashtra state government will release the funds into the bank accounts of all the selected female citizens. The first installment of the Ladki Bahin Yojana was launched on 17th August 2024. The latest installment which is the fourth and fifth installment was released combinely by the Maharashtra state government on 15th October. The next installment is the sixth installment which is expected to be released by the Maharashtra state government in December 2024.
