The Maharashtra state government has released the Ladki Bahin Yojana List Update 2024-25. All the female citizens of Maharashtra state who have applied for the scheme can now visit the official website to check the updated beneficiary list released by the Maharashtra state government. The beneficiary list will contain the names of the female citizens who are selected under the scheme to receive monthly financial assistance. The new chief minister of Maharashtra state Mr Devendra Fadnavis has announced that the state government will do the scrutiny of the beneficiaries. The female beneficiaries of Maharashtra state can check the new beneficial list online from the official website or by downloading the Nari Shakti Doot app.
About Ladki Bahin Yojana List
To inform all the female beneficiaries of Maharashtra state that day are selected under the scheme the Maharashtra state government is all set to release the beneficiary list of the Ladki Bahin Yojana. The beneficiary list will contain the name of the female citizen, the husband’s name household, and bank account details. All the selected female citizens are eligible to receive financial assistance of INR 1500 per month. The monthly financial assistance will be transferred directly to the selected beneficiary bank account through the DBT process. Till now a total of five installments of the scheme have been released by the Maharashtra state authorities.

Ladki Bahin Yojana List Update
The new chief minister of Maharashtra state Mr Devendra Fadnavis has announced that the enhanced financial assistance will come into effect from the next financial year. According to the information the Maharashtra state government has to spend INR 3700 crore per month to provide the monthly financial assistance of INR 1500. A total of 34 lakh female citizens of Maharashtra state have received financial assistance under the scheme. The new government will also conduct the scrutiny of the beneficiaries to make sure only genuine female citizens will receive the benefits.

Objective of Ladki Bahin Yojana
The main objective of launching the scheme is to provide financial help to the financially unstable female citizens of Maharashtra state. This scheme will allow female citizens to become financially self-dependent without being a burden on their families. By receiving monthly financial assistance female citizens can carry out their expenses easily. All the female citizens of Maharashtra state who are between the age group of 21 to 65 years are eligible to avail the benefits of the scheme. The Women and Child Development Department is the nodal department that administrates the work of the Ladki Bahin Yojana.

Eligibility Criteria
- The female citizens must be a permanent resident of Maharashtra state.
- The female citizens must be between the age group of 21 to 60 years.
- The female citizens must be financially unstable citizens of the state.
- The annual income of the female citizen family must not exceed INR 2.5 lakh.
Ineligibility Criteria
- If the annual income of the applicant family combined is more than INR 2.5 lakh she will not be selected under the scheme.
- Any member of the applicant’s family must not be a taxpayer.
- If the family members of the applicant are working as regular/permanent employees in a government department, undertaking, board, Government of India or local body of state or drawing person after retirement he will not be selected under the scheme.
- Any family member of the applicant must not be a present or former MP / MLA.
- Any member of the applicant’s family must not be any government official.
- The applicant’s family member must not own a four-wheeler except a tractor to be eligible under the scheme.
