On 12th December 2024, the former Chief Minister of Delhi Mr Arvind Kejriwal announce the launch of the Delhi Kejriwal Mahila Samman Yojana. Under this scheme, the Delhi authorities will provide financial assistance to the female citizens who belong to the disadvantaged sector of the society. The financial assistance of INR 2100 will be given to the selected female citizens so that they can become financially independent. The financial assistance under the scheme will be given to the beneficiary after the completion of the election in Delhi. To make sure every beneficiary will receive the financial assistance the financial assistance will be transferred directly to their bank account through the DBT process.

- The female citizens must be permanent residents of Delhi.
- The female citizens must be above the age of 18 years.
- The female citizens must hold a valid voter ID card.
