The flats under the scheme will be available across five housing schemes on a first-cum-first serve basis. About GDA
The Ghaziabad Development Authority is a government body set up by the Uttar Pradesh state state government for the development of Ghaziabad city. Ghaziabad Development Authority is created under section 4 of the Urban Planning and Development Act 1973 by the government of India.
