The Telangana state government has announced the Indiramma Housing Scheme Update 2024-25. The Telangana state government has started receiving applications from the citizens for the Indiramma Housing Scheme. Under this scheme, the Telangana state government will provide housing facilities to all the citizens of the state who do not have a permanent house. New Update Under Indiramma Housing Scheme
The Revenue and Housing Minister Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy has announced the officials of Telangana state to start the verification process of the application received for the Indiramma Housing Scheme. During the press conference, the Minister announced that a total of 80 lakh applications have been received by the Telangana state government. The verification process of the applications will start on 31st December 2024. All the citizens of Telangana state who will get selected after the verification will receive the benefits of the scheme.

Objective of Indiramma Housing Scheme
The main objective of launching the Indiramma Illu Housing Scheme is to provide affordable houses to all the financially unstable citizens of Telangana state. This scheme is a significant step of the Telangana state government towards reducing the problem of homelessness in the state. The Telangana state government aims to build a total of 3500 houses in 119 Assembly Constituencies of the state. According to the information, financial assistance of INR 5 lakh will be given to the selected beneficiaries under the scheme. The financial resistance will be divided into 4 installments that will be transferred directly to the bank account of the beneficiaries at different time intervals.
